Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at AMG Tile. Please note that due to the nature of our products, not all items purchased can be returned. All returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis and you are fully responsible for freight, shipping or bringing products back to our store intact. Some items and products are non-returnable and non-refundable . We make no guarantees that items can or will be returned or refunded.

AMG Tile will be happy to accept your returns subject to the following conditions:

( 1 ) All returns must have the corresponding distributor or service center manager’s prior approval.
( 2 ) Returns must be within 30 days of purchase, no exceptions.
( 3 ) All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
( 4 ) Sales of non-stock, non-standard, samples, special order items, installation products and tools are final.
( 5 ) All returns are subject to a 20% handling charge.
( 6 ) The product must be in its original packaging.
( 7 ) The product isn’t used or damaged.
( 8 ) Flat tile must be in full, clean, unopened, and undamaged cartons. Trim may be returned by the piece.
( 9 ) Items or products that were purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Important to remember

A product cannot be returned after it has been installed. We are in no way responsible for damages that occur during installation or transfer of the product from the original location we delivered to.

Shipping charges

Shipping and handling charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping, handling, and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from AMG Tile.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately for assistance by calling 301-291-5741 or by using our contact form.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
